In March of 2022, Kevin and I traveled to Costa Rica for a bit of reflection and relaxation. Little did we know that our lives were about to change, forever. While in Costa Rica, we had the opportunity to participate in a Breathwork experience so powerful that I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

This experience was so unique and I immediately felt called to share my profound experience with others, so I got certified to become a Breathwork Facilitator. I truly believe that it has the potential to change lives – it changed mine, without a doubt.

Breathwork is gaining popularity worldwide, and the science behind what Breathwork is and how beneficial it can be is fairly recent. However, conscious breathing has been around for centuries and is key in the practice of yoga, qigong, and martial arts.

I am excited to announce that beginning Sunday, April 2nd, we are offering 90-minute Breathwork sessions. Space is limited, so call me to reserve a spot at any upcoming classes: 562-235-5968. I will also be offering private sessions on a limited basis, so if you are staying here at the Inn and would like to experience a breathwork session, call me to talk about options.
